Spindler-Lynch Piano Awards
PURPOSE

To encourage high standards of performance among young people and to give recognition to those who strive for excellence.

REPERTOIRE REQUIREMENTS
One memorized solo piano composition originally written for the piano. Music of the masters is strongly encouraged. Pieces entered must have been taught by the teacher entering the student.
Students may not enter literature they have played in a previous Spindler-Lynch competition.
Students who audition for the TAMTA Camp Scholarship and Senior Scholarship auditions are disqualified from entering the Spindler-Lynch Competition in the same year.
